• Analytics data via Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly, no tracking cookies)

How We Use Your Information

What We Never Do

AI and Your Data

We use Anthropic's Claude AI to power chat conversations and generate briefings. Your profile information is sent to the AI to personalize responses. We do not use your personal data, uploaded documents, or chat history to train AI models. Anthropic's data usage policy also prohibits using API inputs for model training.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest in our database. Documents in the vault are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access limited to your account. We use industry-standard security measures including secure authentication, access controls, and regular security reviews.

Information Sharing

We may share information only with:

• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI) — only as needed to operate the Service
• Legal requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or court order
• With your consent: If you explicitly authorize sharing with a specific party

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting privacy@hellofreshpage.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.
